A Journey Back to Connection
We're living in a connection crisis. We have forgotten how to connect deeply—with nature, with each other, and with ourselves. Meanwhile, an entire generation grows up tethered to screens, their developing brains rewired by technology and social media. Yet Mother Earth remains, patient and ready to heal us, if we sit long enough with her.
I founded Bloom & Be Well from this knowing: that flowers, in their simple beauty, can guide us back to what we've lost.
As a facilitator, permaculture designer, and experiential designer, I weave together these skills in wellness programming. I understand the importance of somatic healing and embodied practices, as well as the role that our environments play in shaping the healing journey of a person. All of my learnings - through personal healing and holding space for others to heal - allows me to create grounded experiences that help people remember their innate connection to the natural world.
The medicine that flowers hold are in their beauty, and the joy they bestow. They give us the opportunity to sit in our bodies and connect with all of our senses. When we pause and reconnect, our nervous systems can reset, our breathing can slow down, and we can take in a bit more care from the richness of the natural world. Our botanical wellness programs weave together these elements—creating experiences where communities can slow down, breathe deeply, and remember that they are part of something larger and more nourishing than the chaotic world they might be living in.
Every workshop or wellness program is carefully designed to meet groups where they are, whether in corporate spaces seeking team wellness, communities gathering for connection, or individuals ready to cultivate a more grounded relationship with themselves and the world around them.
At Bloom & Be Well, I believe that in a world growing more disconnected, the path back to wholeness runs through the garden.
With love,

Social Impact Areas
Through Bloom & Be Well, every flower bar, workshop and wellness program generates resources that flow to organizations and experiences supporting mothers and babies during the most formative years of childhood brain and emotional development of zero to five years.
We partner with community-based organizations to:
Promote birth center equity and culturally relevant midwifery care,
Support maternal health through nutrition, movement, and postpartum care,
Design nature-based play and independent discovery environments, and
Create safe, communal spaces where primary caregivers can connect with their children in meaningful ways.
The mother-baby bond is sacred.
Supporting this relationship during pregnancy, through postpartum, and until preschool ages is essential for raising emotionally healthy humans.
Community care creates change.
When we invest in birth center equity, postpartum wellness, and nature-based learning, we’re building the foundation for a generation of securely attached, emotionally resilient humans.
